What this Evening Is

This is an intimate, plated dinner designed to feel elegant, warm, and unhurried. The evening includes two brief moments of gratitude — a welcome at the table and a closing toast — with no formal program or speeches. The rest of the night is simply a beautiful dinner, meaningful conversation, and time well spent together.

Your contribution supports the behind-the-scenes costs that come with representing the Winter Carnival throughout the community, including travel, accommodations, and appearance-related expenses.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • An evening designed to feel thoughtful, elegant, and unhurried — where great food, meaningful conversation, and celebration come together naturally.

    This is not a formal program or a networking event. It’s a beautifully hosted dinner to mark a special moment and gather the people who make it meaningful.

  • Guests will be welcomed into a private dining space at Russell’s, where hors d’oeuvres will be served and the evening begins with relaxed conversation and connection.

    A signature cocktail — The Queen of Snows Spritz — will be available at the bar, with a non-alcoholic “crowned” option as well.

  • Guests will enjoy a plated, multi-course dinner served in an intimate setting designed for conversation and comfort. The evening flows naturally, with no rush and no formal agenda — just a shared table and good company.

  • Early in the evening, Nicole will offer a brief welcome and introductions, sharing appreciation for those gathered and for the support that makes this season possible.

    This moment is heartfelt, personal, and intentionally brief.

  • Near the close of the evening, guests will be invited to raise a glass for a champagne toast — a final thank-you, a celebration of the moment, and gratitude to the incredible team and venue hosting the night.

    7:00 PM — Seated dinner begins
    7:15 PM — Welcome & introductions
    7:30 PM — Dinner continues

Russell’s is located in St. Paul and offers easy access for guests. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, with additional public parking options nearby.

The dinner will be held in a private dining space. Detailed location and arrival information will be provided to guests upon RSVP confirmation.

  • Yes. Each guest must have their own RSVP and contribution. Seating is limited to 24 total guests.

  • You’re welcome to contribute at any level using this link.

  • Because this is a private, limited-seating dinner, contributions are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your support will still go toward Queen year expenses.
