I’m Nicole Fae, and for over 20 years, I’ve built my career around helping women feel confident, capable, and empowered—whether through beauty, business, or mentorship. My journey started as a makeup artist, where I saw firsthand how the right look can transform not just appearance, but self-esteem. As my career grew, so did my passion for mentorship and education, leading me to take on roles as a beauty educator and business coach for aspiring professionals.

Today, I serve as President of The Annex, an organization dedicated to supporting beauty professionals through mentorship, business training, and community-building. I also work with nonprofits like Dress for Success, helping women gain the tools and confidence they need to achieve financial independence and take control of their futures. Through my platform, She Owns It, I advocate for women’s empowerment, leadership, and financial growth, ensuring every woman has the resources to build a life and career she loves.
