About Nicole Fae
I’m Nicole Fae—a beauty educator, entrepreneur, author, and mentor with over 20 years of experience helping women build confidence from the inside out.
My career began in the beauty industry, where I worked closely with women during some of the most important moments of their lives. Over time, I realized that confidence wasn’t just about how someone looked—it was about how they communicated, set boundaries, and showed up in the world.
Today, I bring that understanding into every part of my work. I’m the President of The Annex, a nonprofit dedicated to mentorship and education for beauty professionals, and I volunteer as a confidence coach with Dress for Success, supporting women as they pursue careers, launch businesses, or step into leadership roles.
I’m also the author of She Owns It, a book focused on confidence, self-worth, and personal growth. Lead With Words was created from years of real conversations, coaching experiences, and hands-on work with women who want to communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence—without changing who they are.
