I’m Nicole Fae, a beauty educator, mentor, and advocate for women’s confidence and financial independence. Through my platform, She Owns It, I inspire women to take charge of their careers, step into leadership, and build success on their own terms.
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, I’ve helped countless women look and feel their best, using beauty as a tool for empowerment. As President of The Annex, I mentor beauty professionals, providing business education, career support, and industry resources to help them thrive.
Beyond beauty, I’m deeply committed to mentorship and advocacy, working with organizations like Dress for Success to help women gain professional confidence and financial independence. Whether I’m sharing insights on stage, leading industry education, or guiding one-on-one transformations, my passion lies in uplifting and empowering others to step into their fullest potential.
